DicoLab has also self-certified its privacy practices as consistent with U.S.-E.U. Safe Harbor principles: Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Access and Accuracy, Security, and Oversight/Enforcement. More information about the U.S. Department of Commerce Safe Harbor Program can be found at http://www.export.gov/safeharbor/ . In compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles, DicoLab commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. DicoLab has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints from EU citizens or residents regarding transfers of their personal data under the Safe Harbor Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism; in first instance under the Dutch jurisdiction.

In the development of DicoLab’s privacy policies and standards, we respect and take into account all major principles and frameworks around the world, including the OECD Guidelines on the Protection of Privacy and Transborder Flows, EU Directive 95/46/EC, APEC Privacy Framework, and the Madrid Resolution on International Privacy Standards.
