Generic questions

Does the software come with hardware?
No, all applications are software only. Just download and install, and it is ready to run. Choose your own extra hardware, like mice and keyboards, attach them to the USB ports of your PC. Use USB hubs to add more USB ports. The software enables any standard HID (Human Interface Device) to be connected and usable. No specific brand or type of mouse needed.

Is there a maximum amount of devices that can be used with the software?
No, there is no technical limit. We advise to use the software with max. 30 to 35 users. The type of license defines how many devices (users) can be active in the software as unique cursors.

How do I physically connect up to 30 wired or wireless mice and keyboards to one PC?
Just get some multi port USB hubs to extend the amount of USB ports of a PC. 10 port USB hubs come nowadays at € 20,-. Wireless mice work best (no cable clutter), but any mouse / device will do.

Can I use Interactive White Boards with your software?
Yes, most IWB's work OK with our software!

Be aware that the drivers which come with some IWB's might not work or interfere. This means that you have to 'disable' the IWB drivers or run them in 'mouse mode'. Please test drive with the trial version to see if it works OK with your brand and type of IWB. Otherwise, wait until the manufacturer . . . . .

Does your software support multiple monitor setups?
Yes, the software works on any (multi) monitor set up! Even large screens and high resolutions are no problem.

Just install the software and run it; on any PC set up.

On TeamPlayer

How do I get started with the software?
In TeamPlayer, as in any application we offer, you will find a short 'Getting Started guide' after installing the software. Basically the software is simple and intuitive to use. Just install, plug in extra mice and start collaborating on your tasks.

Does TeamPlayer work in any application I use?
TeamPlayer works on any Windows PC (XP and up), so also on any application you can run on your PC!

There are a few applications who make use of their own, dedicated 'mouse drivers', which cán interfere with the working of TeamPlayer. Please use the trial version to test drive if not sure.
